How can I place an order?

Please place an order by sending request to In order to find codes of our products please go to specific product and check “order info” section. If you don’t know the codes of the products or you don’t know what you actually need please describe your project and we will come back with our offer and all data shortly.

How can I pay?

The way of making a payment depends on agreement between us and the customer. We offer long-term payments based on business agreement or payment in advance. Account number is always specified on proforma invoice. Please contact for more information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Offer including free shipping within European Union depends on quantity of your request. For more information please contact Delivery conditions are always specified in proforma invoice.

Can I collect my order on my own?

Collection of the order is possible within warehouse working hours 9:00 AM – 5 PM. Collection address:

Can you arrange shipping of my order?

We understand that you don’t want to take part in shipping procedure. We are willing to arrange shipping to UE and outside UE. We will arrange COO (Certificate of origin), customs clearance and other procedures.

How long will I wait for my order?

For items which are in stock we need 1-3 business days for packing and preparing your order. We can arrange express shipping (on the next day delivery in UE) or standard shipping (3-5 days depends on location in UE and weight and dimensions of the parcel). Offer will include shipping date and expected time of delivery.

Can I return products?

We accept returns within 10 business after date of delivery. Items must be returned with complete packing list, undamaged, without signs of use.

Do you cover your products with warranty?

Our products are covered with 2 years warranty. Items damaged which caused use of faulty material or manufacturing faults will be replaced free of charge.

Can I order nonstandard profile?

Empreo-lab offers customized solutions. We can produce our standard profiles in length and color you request. We can also develop new product including profile, optic and accessories according to your concept.
